Meaning.recipe: Take your typical TVGM, decompile it, analyse it in vain, swear profusely at it, curse the level of comments/documentation/logic/synchronising/frequency of InvalidStateExceptions and finally refactor it by means of either: a) Machete, b) Firing squad, c) Whip (well why not?!), d) Gatling gun (this being my personal favourite - ed) e) M.O.A.B, f) Thermonuclear ordinance (of at least 10 Mega-tonnes) and stand well back (we recommend a minimum distance of 20 nautical miles and a large bottle of sun cream) or g) Throw it away and completely rewrite it.
